The food we have eaten throughout the trip has been fabulous. All the tropical fruits have been of a different taste than the ones back home. My personal opinion is that Costa Rican food ,in general, is better. We do eat a lot of rice and beans though.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that I love about traveling is trying different foods. I like to do a little research before going to a new place and see if I can find some yummy dishes that I need to try. Before my trip to Costa Rica I went to sites like www.laescueladelsol.com. One thing that they had in common was costa rica poi They all said that it was really popular and a must! Of course that made me hungry and ready to get to the island! Once there I saw that there were numerous places offering costa rica poi The hardest part was just trying to figure out what place to try it at!
